By placing an order at pranzosmart.com you agree to these terms.

1. Products: Electric heated lunch boxes (12V/220V), stainless steel cutlery sets with oro finish, thermos water bottles. Use according to manual.

2. Prices: In EUR, include VAT for EU customers.

3. Orders: We reserve right to refuse orders due to stock or suspected fraud.

4. Warranty: 24-month legal warranty on all products. Electric lunch boxes: warranty void if misused, immersed in water, or opened.

5. Liability: Not liable for damages from improper use.
