Processing Time: 1-2 business days. Electric lunch boxes are tested before dispatch.

Delivery Times:
- Italy: 2-4 business days (BRT / GLS)
- EU: 3-7 business days
- UK: 5-8 business days (customs may add 1-2 days)

Tracking number provided by email after shipment.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

No import duties within EU. UK orders may be subject to UK customs - customer responsible.
