Return & Refund Policy - pranzoSmart

We offer 14-day returns as per EU consumer law.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging.
- Electric lunch boxes: must not show signs of use, heating, or food residue.
- Oro cutlery and thermos bottles must be unused.

Return shipping is paid by customer unless product is defective or wrong.

Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fee non-refundable unless our error.

Defective products: Covered by 24-month EU warranty. We will replace or refund.
